Personal Internet Security 2011 is a fake anti-spyware application which spreads via trojan. Trojan enters the system via its vulnerabilities and makes a great background for the parasite to sneak. It is a clone of malicious Security Master AV, My Security Shield, My Security Engine, and Smart Security programs.
Malware downloads and installs itself automatically without user’s knowledge and consent. Once active it imitates computer scans and displays numerous fake warning messages that state about PC infections. Do not fall for these rogue security alerts because malware tries to trick user into believing their computer is severely compromised and need to be healed with its “full” version. This is a fraud. The parasite is able to hijack your browser to counterfeit web pages that sell the program. Ignore all fake warning messages but use decent anti-spyware application and get rid of the scam immediately.
